  1. Damages/ Theft
    In case of any damages, breakages or theft during your stay at the apartment/villa, we reserve the right to invoice you for the balance which is payble at or before your checkout or deduct from the refundable security deposit.
  2. Due Amount
    If any amount of booking is due, it is strictly payble at checkin. If guest is unable to make the payment, we hold the right to cancel the booking without any refund and ask the guest to checkout.
  3. Identification
    3.1 Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the time of booking and in the check-in form (number of people, composition of the group) as we would not be able to give access to guests who are not part of the reservation. Outside guests/ visitors are strictly not allowed.
    In compliance with Indian law we require the following (as in 3.2 and 3.3):
    3.2 For Indian Nationals: Each member of the party should bring ID proof of either of these: Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License.
    3.3 For Non-Indian Nationals: Each member of the party should carry their passport containing a valid Indian visa including a photocopy of the picture page and visa page.
  4. Arrival and departure
    4.1 Standard check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am unless confirmed earlier. Incase guest do not follow the above check out timings, then additional fine may be applicable as per Hireavilla terms. If check out is delayed,
    a) Fine of INR 4,000 for 2 hours.
    b) Fine of INR 10,000 for 5 hours.
    c) Fine of 1 day’s payment for 6 hours and above.
    4.2 If these times cause you difficulty, please advise us at the time of booking. Late checkout and early checkin will strictly be subject to availablility. Please ask us before confirming your travel arrangements.
    4.3 For arrivals before 07:00 AM the booking must be made and held from the night before. For morning check-in after 07:00 there may be an additional charge which is determined by the check-in time.
  5. Non-Arrival to the stay (No Show)
    5.1 If you fail to arrive at the stay on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically and will be charged for the entire reservation.
    5.2 If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at theapartment/ villa, please, urgently, contact us to keep the place for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund admissible.
  6. Shortened Stay (Early Check-Out)
    Shortened stay is subject to entire period charge whether or not you stay the entire period. If you know the change in your plan, please contact us at the earliest to minimize the charge subject to cancellation policy.
  7. Our liability to you
    7.1 we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to your property or for any distress howsoever arising.
    7.2 We are not liable for faults, damage, failed systems; we are not liable for government power supply failure or the failure of back-up power systems provided by the apartment/ villa or the failure of generators/ invertors provided by the apartment/ villa.
  8. Pool Rules
    1. Pool Timings are 09:00 AM to 1:00 PM & 3PM to 07:00 PM.
    2. Nylon swimming costumes are required while swimming.
    3. Eating/ Drinking in or around the pool is not allowed.
    4. In some rare cases like pool cleaning & maintenance or due to governemet guidelienes, you might not be allowed to use the pool. No refund or rebate will be provided in any such case.
  9. Please avoid loud music/noise late in nights.
  10. Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of Rs.10,000 will be charged if found smoking inside the premises to cover costs of deodorising, drapes and upholstery.
  11. Use of drugs, keeping wepons, prostitution or any other illegle activities will be reported to the autorities as and when found.

A. Cancellation of the booking by guest
1. the lead tenant must provide written confirmation of cancellation. The cancellation will come into effect once it is received by us.
2. A cancellation fee will apply as follows:
       -Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – 80% refund to the customer or reschedule
       -Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check in date – 50% refund to the customer or reschedule
       -Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date – No refund  or reschedule.

3. Reschedule of booking is possible for dates within 6 months of the original booking date. The duration of the rescheduled booking shall be equal or longer to the original booking. The price difference (if any) will be chargable at the time of rescheduling the booking. Reschedule is possible for one time only.

4. The prime dates (Holi weekend, Diwali Weekend and 24 Dec-1 Jan) booking will not be non refundable and cannot be rescheduled irrespective of date of booking.
5. We reserve the right to change the cancellation fee and terms at our sole discretion.

B. Cancellation of the booking by host
1. in the unlikely event that the host have to cancel your reservation we shall make every effort to make alternative arrangements. If we are unable to find alternative arrangements, we will refund your full payment.
2. If the cancellation arises due to force majeure such as acts of God, Government Lockdown, strikes, industrial action, war disturbances of any type, other government actions etc., we shall not be made liable.
3. If your booking is cancelled we cannot be held responsible for the cancellation or your flights or any travel expenses. When you book your travel arrangements they are your responsibility.

C. Refund Policy

1. On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take 7-10 working days.

2. Any refund can only be setteled in the original payment methode from which the booking amount was paid.
